Erin Ventures Reports Special Meeting Results

Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Erin Ventures Inc. ("Erin") [TSXV: EV] announces the results of its Special Meeting held on August 11, 2017. A quorum of shareholders representing, in person and by proxy, a total of 127,533,243 Common Shares (approximately 40.2% of the total outstanding Common Shares) were present. All the resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved (see the SEDAR filing of the Company's Information Circular, dated June 7, 2017 for details).

Specifically, the following resolution was approved:

1. Consolidation of Outstanding Common shares

The results of the vote on the resolution are as follows:

For:	118,599,317 (92.96%)
Against:	8,933,926 (7.05%)
