RSI CEO Charles Ku to Retire

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - RSI International Systems Inc. (TSX-V: RSY) (“RSI” or the “Company”) reports that Charles Ku, has stepped down as the Company’s CEO & President and from the Company’s Board of Directors in order to retire.

RSI Board Chair, David Keys commented, “During Charles’ time leading RSI, the Company has seen tremendous growth and we will miss his leadership. We thank Charles for his many years of service and wish him all the best in enjoying a well-deserved retirement”.

Replacing Mr. Ku will be Tim Major. Mr. Major has been with the Company for over six years and has most recently served as the Company’s CIO, after previously serving as VP, Product Management and VP, Operations.

Mr. Ku commented, “When I joined this Company we had less than three-hundred, seventy-five thousand dollars in annual revenues. Today, that figure has increased by about thirteen times. I am very proud of what we have accomplished, but I also believe the most exciting times for the Company are yet to come and that Tim will do a fantastic job leading the Company into the future”.
