CEO.CA members discuss high-risk penny stocks which can lose their entire value. Only risk what you can afford to lose.
@newbieBased on that price to be honest I don't think there's going to be much selling pressure, just based on time of year and price point. The date of the pp was done quite smart then as I think if it free traded in December there'd be tax loss selling
@newbie@firstname.lastname@example.org Will Cartesian be the anchor in those companies as well? Any comment on their consistent sale of large blocks of shares when the share price starts moving up, including when it's going to end? There selling was part of a plan to decrease shareholder value? That is likely your source of dollar volume trades. Looking forward to your reply.
@newbieTA is a tool. Like fundamentals. It's hard to say which one is more accurate then the other. By accurate, I believe we mean "profits". Whatever works to get us all to "buy low, sell high" right? What I like about ceo.ca is the advanced knowledge of all of it's members from subject matter experts, geos, TAs, etc. Let keep it positive.
@PamplonaTrader@newbie, I don't think you understand the dynamic here. @Goldfinger posts negative charts and I've also recently made a call for a correction in price. This is because we present our TA with genuine intent - not to be malicious. e.g. Some made up "death cross" or prefacing charts by calling others "blind" and on "kool-aid".
@Goldfinger@newbie@PamplonaTrader TA is most effectively utilized as tool to identify & manage risk, and identify potential reward. It also helps to identify trends on multiple time frames. TA is NOT predicting the future, and this is what most novices don't get.
I might mention "measured move" targets etc. but these are not predictions, these are potentials with probabilities attached. The most important thing for me is to always identify risk first, then the reward follows.
@newbie@PamplonaTrader I think I understand the dynamic just fine, mind you I've only been a member for 7 months or so. Yes, those words are offensive, disrespectful to some. As I mentioned privately I work in a place at times that's like a hockey dressing room so I'm used to offside/offensive language and I ignore it or mute it out and focus on the task/data. I'm not sure the thesis on how awesome $NXE is, is actually being challenged as much as the trade of the day is trying to be promoted, and I don't know that I find that "malicious" as much as it can be annoying. I ran into similar posts on the NRN forum and just ignored it because that's what you get in a public place. Perhaps everyone can just Nexgen and chill.
@rangerbentman@newbie According to the company's articles, the board of directors of the company has the ability to approve the consolidation, and the board of directors believes it is in the best interest of the company to approve the consolidation. So timing is up to them and there is no set date yet. When OSK did their consolidation it took a while before the stock price actually started to rise above the consolidated share price. I would imagine they $ABR will consolidate and then announce drilling at the Lithium property.Hence the stock price post consolidation, will rise.
@Excelsior@newbie - I was considering buying more, but wanted to get more guidance about production starting since their November update. I figured they'd already have announced the prior stockpiles were being processed through the mill, and then give the market a heads up on when things were going to ramp up into full production. Then again, maybe now is the time to strike before they announce all that. We'll see how it goes.... but it seems $RCG is due for a press release in the next few weeks.
