The two firms will continue to leverage their combined expertise and broad network of corporate relationships to provide independent, objective advice to their clients.

Luminis Partners, a partnership formed by Ron Malek, Simon Mordant, Jamie Garis and Peter Brownie, has grown rapidly since its founding in 2015.
