TORONTO, April 17, 2019 /CNW/ - Globalive Technology Inc. (TSX-V: LIVE) (the "Company") today announced that it is ending its joint venture, Neighbor Billing Inc., following a thorough consideration of market conditions and strategic alternatives.

Separately, the Company also announced that Chief Technology Officer Bhavin Shah and Chief People Officer Sarah Redford have departed from the Company to pursue other opportunities.
