VANCOUVER, Nov. 9, 2016 /CNW/ - Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS; OTC PINK: GWTNF) – ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian bus manufacturer of heavy-duty mid-sized transit buses for sale in Canada and the United-States, is very excited to announce its first US customer, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The buses are operated and purchased by Standard Parking ("SP+").

Grande West's exclusive US distributor Alliance Bus Group ("ABG") will deliver to SP+ thirteen (13) Vicinity buses for operation at the Atlanta International Airport in 2017. These buses are partial fulfillment for the first ABG order for fifty (50) buses, of which three (3) buses have been delivered to date and are being used by ABG as demo units for sales opportunities. The Atlanta Airport order is included in the current backlog.

Current total firm orders for 2017 delivery are for one hundred seventy-three (173) buses valued at over $60 million CAD. Firm orders and options for 2018-2020 delivery are currently at ninety (90) buses.
