SÃO PAULO, March 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- We hereby inform the Shareholders that on March 27th, 2017, the Board of Directors decided on, pursuant to item XI of article 13, and paragraph 1 of article 28 of the Company's Bylaws, the payment of dividends in the form of interest on own capital related to the period from January to December 2016, to the Shareholders registered as such on April 10th, 2017.
The dividends as interest on own capital, totaling eight hundred and twenty-three million, four hundred and ninety-two thousand, six hundred and ninety reais and seventeen cents (R$ 823,492,690.17) corresponding to R$ 1.2048 per common share, will be paid on June 27th, 2017.
The shares will trade ex-interest as of April 11, 2017.
