A Deletion from the S&P/TSX Global Mining and SmallCap Indices

TORONTO, Nov. 21, 2017 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Indices Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:  

The Arrangement Agreement between Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI) and Richmont Mines Inc. (TSX:RIC) has been successfully completed. Alamos Gold will acquire Richmont Mines via a share exchange – terms are 1.385 AGI/RIC. Richmont Mines will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap, the S&P/TSX Global Mining and the S&P/TSX Global Gold Indices prior to the open of trading on Monday, November 27, 2017.
