(UAV-CSE) (the “Company”) announces that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved a change of name to Global UAV Technologies Ltd. The shares will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name on May 17, 2017. The Company’s trading symbol will remain as UAV.
The name change better reflects the Company’s commitment to be a consolidator in the UAV sector as well as its growing technical expertise and expanding reach globally.
