Nanton, AB / TheNewswire / March 3, 2017 — The Directors and Management of Cerus Energy Group Ltd. ("Cerus" or "the Company”), are pleased to announce that Lomac Canada Ltd. (“Lomac”) has engaged an advisor and placement agent. The agent will assist in raising, on a best effort basis, up to  $25 million in Preferred Class B Shares. The purpose of the raise is for the development of Lomac as the primary funding and participation company for Cerus Energy Group’s Development Finance Platform (DFP).

The advisor will appoint a representative to the advisory board of Cerus and a Director to Lomac, for continued oversight and participation with the companies on an ongoing basis. The advisor has also purchased , Class A Common Shares, in Lomac, a minority position for an aggregate of 10% of the company’s common shares.

Upon successful completion of Lomac’s Preferred Class B offering the advisor will be rewarded by Cerus with shares in the company that is not to exceed 10% of the current issued outstanding.Further detail will be supplied in future news releases by the company in accordance with the TSXV and securities law.
