Mr. Vanry's career includes 25 years with public and
private natural resources companies at both the management and board
levels, concentrated in fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, and
financial reporting. He serves as a director and officer of several
public companies in the natural resources sector, providing guidance
in the areas of corporate finance and capital markets.
He is a member of the CFA Institute, and the Vancouver Society of
Financial Analysts.
The Company also wishes to announce that Kiki Smith has resigned as director and CFO of the company effective April 24, 2017.
