Thank you for your interest in Sienna Resources Inc. (TSX.V:SIE, OTC:SNNAF, SWB:A1XCQ0)

As you can see there are many exciting developments coming ahead for Sienna that make it compelling right now.  Sienna is currently well-financed and will be very active on multiple projects in 2024.

Sienna Resources has recently acquired 3 NEW Uranium projects in the world renowned Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan:

  1. The district-size “Atomic Uranium Project” consists of 50,440 contiguous acres bordering Orano and CanAlaska Uranium Ltd.
  2. The 10,845 contiguous acre “Dragon Uranium Project” bordering Cameco Corporation (TSX: CCO) (NYSE: CCJ).
  3. The 10,357 contiguous acre “Uranium Town Project” bordering Denison Mines Corporation (TSX: DML) (NYSE: DNN)

According to the World Nuclear Association (WNA), the highest-grade uranium mine in the world is Cameco’s Cigar Lake in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Jason Gigliotti, President of Sienna states, “Sienna has taken a swift entry into the Uranium space.  This new “Atomic Uranium Project” is a district size project in the top uranium address on earth, the Athabasca Basin.  This now gives Sienna shareholders exposure to 3 separate uranium projects. Management is currently formulating plans to commence operations on these new uranium projects. Sienna is coming into a very robust news flow cycle.  Management’s goal is to build shareholder value by acquiring and working on projects with the highest potential in the most mining friendly jurisdictions.  We plan to be very active in the uranium and lithium space and have the cash on hand to execute this game plan.”

  • Sienna’s 100% “Elko Lithium Project” in Elko County, Nevada consists of approximately 1840 contiguous acres directly bordering Surge Battery Metals’ “Nevada North Lithium Project.”  This project now makes Sienna one of the largest landholders in this new lithium district that borders Surge Battery Metals (NILI). The Nevada North Lithium Project has just been announced as the highest grade lithium clay deposit I the USA. Plans are being formulated immediately for this project.
  • Sienna has been approved for 4 additional holes on the Blue Clay Lithium Project in Nevada which now encompasses 3,100-acres, and where a recent drill program has discovered lithium values as high as 1,230 part per million lithium (ppm Li).
  • Sienna’s Clayton Valley Deep Basin Lithium Brine Project in Nevada, is completely surrounded by Pure Energy, who has a strategic partnership with Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB), and is home to the only lithium brine basin in production in North America, located in the direct vicinity of Albemarle Corp’s (NYSE: ALB) Silver Peak deposit and Tesla Motors Inc.’s (Nasdaq: TSLA) Gigafactory.  Schlumberger New Energy Venture (NYSE: SLB) announced the development of a lithium extraction pilot plant through its new venture, NeoLith Energy in a strategic partnership with Pure Energy (TSX.v: PE).  To date there has been over $100 million invested into the pilot plant by SLB with results expected shortly.  These results could have a sigficnatn impact on the plans for Sienna going forward.
  • Sienna’s other projects include and the Silver Peak South Lithium Project in Clayton Valley, Nevada

Sienna has sufficient cash resources for anticipated exploration plans, and we expect to be very active on multiple fronts in 2024 and beyond.  Management is very optimistic about the future and looks forward to what will happen in the ground on these projects which makes Sienna compelling right now.

‘Elko Lithium Project’ in Nevada

About The Project

Sienna Resource’s “Elko Lithium Project” consists of 79 claims totaling approximately 1200 contiguous acres directly bordering Surge Battery Metals’ “Nevada North Lithium Project” in Elko County, Nevada.  This project now makes Sienna one of the largest landholders in this new lithium district that borders Surge Battery Metals (NILI). The Nevada North Lithium Project has returned some of the highest grades for lithium in Nevada.  According to Surge’s website, “Drill hole NN2207 intersected the thickest intervals of lithium-rich claystone encountered to date; a total of 120.4 metres (395 feet) averaging 3,943 parts per million lithium in four zones.”  Plans are being formulated immediately for the first phase of work on this project.

Jason Gigliotti, President of Sienna states, “This is one of the most exciting lithium regions in North America.  We are pleased to be one of the largest landholders in the area that borders Surge.  The grades that were encountered by Surge are some of the highest grades attained in Nevada and having a project that is directly bordering this new lithium discovery holds tremendous promise for Sienna’s shareholders. We plan to immediately commence plans for the first phase of work on this project.”

‘Clayton Valley Deep Basin Lithium Brine Project’ in Nevada

Sienna Resource’s “Clayton Valley Deep Basin Lithium Brine Project” is located directly inside of and completely surrounded by Pure Energy Minerals Ltd’s property. The “Clayton Valley Deep Basin Lithium Brine Project” is located in parts of the deepest sections (refer to the map) of the only lithium brine basin with a producing operation in North America, Albemarle Corp’s (NYSE: ALB) Silver Peak Mine. Pure Energy Minerals, which owns the Clayton Valley South project, has released an inferred resource of 247,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent on the Clayton Valley South project. According to the Pure Energy Minerals Limited website, “Geophysics shows that the same brine-bearing formations encountered during drilling (Pure) appear to extend to much greater depths within the basin.” Pure Energy Minerals Limited had signed a supply agreement with Tesla Motors Inc (Nasdaq: TSLA) to potentially supply lithium hydroxide from its Clayton Valley Lithium Brine Deposit. Also, Schlumberger Technology Corporation (NYSE: SLB) has begun the steps to advance its option to test and develop Pure Energy Mineral’s Clayton Valley Project. When a major company like Schlumberger is looking at the property that completely surrounds Sienna’s, it is clear that lithium in Nevada is gaining attention again.

Jason Gigliotti, President of Sienna Resources Inc. stated, “We are pleased to be one of the few companies that have property within the only known lithium brine basin with production in North America. Saline brines are higher density than fresh or brackish water and therefore tend to sink. Based on this, management is optimistic regarding this project as we are located in the deeper sections of this basin. Sienna also currently has one of the smaller market caps of the public companies in the Clayton Valley. The lithium space has shown signs of explosive growth recently and shows little to no signs of slowing down. Lithium is one of the few sectors of the market that appeals to both the traditional resource investor and millennials, as Tesla has primarily created a global knowledge for lithium, therefore being a true crossover element.”

Access to Deepest Part of Basin
  • An as early mover in this play, Sienna is one of only four companies (Albermarle, Pure Energy & Cruz Battery Metals Corp.) to have access to the deepest parts of the only lithium brine basin in production in North America.
  • Sienna’s property is completed surrounded by Pure Minerals Ltd.’s property.
  • Pure Energy’s strategic partner, Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB) is near completion on the initial steps to advance its option to test, develop and acquire the CV Project.
