@Andrew$SMN There appears to be a hidden number of shares available for San Marco Resources at .175. There should be an update on the Chunibas and 1068 property this month. There should also be an update on the Mariana project.
@AndrewPersonally, I believe it may have been one or two of the current PP Brokers that moved the share price down in advance of this PP but the company may as well take advantage of the opportunity now for the funding. In a recent video Dr. Hennigh indicated that the company would require approx. $4.5M to get to the completion of the new resource estimate, engineering study (PFS now I believe on the oxide) and overhead to the end of the year. I am confident that with any extra funding the company will add a lot more value to the company. $NVO is a core holding for me.
@AndrewThat sure is a very good looking chart for $ADZ to date. Now if only $SMN would finally announce a start to drilling the Chunibas property or a J/V for the project we may actually see more than 1 or 2 trades per day with upward movement in the share price of course.
@Andrew@nobody This did not cost the company one cent as far as I am aware. Where did you get this piece of information? I have known about @ADZ for over 1 year now so I am fully comfortable with the way the company is moving forward.
@nobody@andrew, sorry if I wasn't clear, "paid advertiser" means to me that the promoter does his add for financial gains, if he is paid in cash, or shares, or through generating traffic to his page or subscription, doesn't matter. He/she will say anything to generate gains. The add is of such a quality that the CEO might want to issue a statement, that the projections discussed in the letter are those of the writer, and not of the company; and the company had nothing to do with it. If he keeps silent, IMO he sides with a promoter who sounds like a used car salesman. Besides, I don't understand why the company would not include in NR quality soil/rock samples, if there were such.Give me a grab sample of 145 g/t, for example, and we'll talk; remind me that trenching is in process, and samples are currently in the lab, why not. I have nothing against the company, these are relevant remarks. And, proximity of good discoveries does not always result in similar catch. Have a good day.
@AndrewThe close today was .20 but this still counts for warrant purposes assuming we get another 8 business day at or above this level. "The warrants are subject to an accelerated expiry date, which comes into effect when the price of the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange closes at a price of $0.20 or more per share during any ten consecutive trading day period." $ADZ
@StarFireHey @Andrew thanks for responding yesterday, so yeah I guess we'll have to start the count again, but at least with something like 6 million + shares traded in the last few days or so, a bunch of warrants have been exercised...I guess we'll see

@AndrewIt looks like $SMN San Marco Resources is taking it on the chin this morning. Down to .145. It looks very thin down to the .075 level. I would think that the company should be interested in keeping the shareholders more up to date with news to help support the stock.
@Andrew$SKE The last AGM was held on 8 February 2017. There was no share rollback (consolidation) identified in the M.I.C. or Proxy. Therefore, I believe the company would have to have another shareholder meeting and shareholders would have to vote for it.
@TheGalvanizer@Andrew typically a company's AofA will allow it to do a 10:1 rollback without shareholder approval just board resolution. If a Company wanted to do a further rollback within two years of that rollback it would then require shareholder approval
@Andrew@DecNefTrades Unfortunately, the value of the mill to K can only be answered by them at this time. I guess we will not know the answer on any value until someone else comes along in an attempt to purchase it along with assuming the potential $50-$100M reclamation costs down the road. $ADZ will have to find those oz to make it worthwhile for a buyer to show up or themselves.
@HRA-CoffinThere should be some @Andrew. I sat down with them the other day and they laid out expected news flow and promised - pinky swore even - that the news would start up again next week. If it doesn't, well, I know where to find them. $SMN
