I waive all liability as all information I post is for entertainment purposes only. This is my good faith effort to provide disclosure that any opinions I provide on any publicly traded security are biased and should not be acted upon by any individual.
My opinions provided are based on information I interpret at that moment and just as quickly as the stock can change, so can my opinion. The stocks I typically discuss are highly speculative as well as volatile and are often unpredictable.
I or any company I am affiliated with is not a licensed investment advisor. All posts made by me on any social media platform are provided for informational purposes only and should only be treated as opinions. None of the information I post anywhere is intended as investment advice, as an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell, or as a recommendation, endorsement, or sponsorship of any security, company, or fund.
I am not currently a registered or licensed financial advisor or broker/dealer, investment advisor, stockbroker, trader, money manager, compliance or legal officer, and I do not perform market-making activities. I buy and sell without notice and often leave paper call-out trades unmanaged. Again, any content I post is for informational purposes only. I am not responsible under any circumstances for investment actions taken by the reader.
You might as well just assume that I am compensated on every stock I discuss as then you will correctly assume I have a vested interest and my opinion is biased because it is. Of course my opinion is biased when discussing stocks. If at the moment I do not have a vested interest in the company that I am discussing the reader should assume I might be considering taking one or have had one in the past.
Everyone is always just talking about their own book.
I frequently speak with and often participate alongside promotional awareness or investor relation groups as in my experience, microcap stocks with ongoing awareness/promotional programs perform better than those that do not. I attempt to only participate alongside promotional awareness programs that are covering companies with strong fundamentals and/or that I believe have a high potential for a return on an investment however that never guarantees success as the majority of the stocks I discuss are extremely volatile and unfortunately often result in losses if held over the long term. Before making an investment decision, you should seek the advice of a qualified and registered securities professional.
When discussing any stock readers should assume that I am potentially either directly or indirectly compensated by the company, IR or another promotional group via options, cheap paper, warrants, cash, swaps, worthless NFTs, Amazon gift cards, Taco Bell tacos, Tim Horton snacks, shared Netflix passwords, rental cars, hotels, Uber eats vouchers and/or spicy Cheetos or whatever these companies are handing out nowadays and therefore have a biased opinion and a vested interest at any given moment to promote and/or bring awareness. (Do not actually message me offering me anything for services as I will decline)
The majority of stocks discussed by me are just trading vehicles that cycle through short periods of appreciation/accumulation followed by longer periods of depreciation/distribution. It is always my objective to attempt to catch the momentum of the appreciation/accumulation run higher while attempting to avoid any periods of prolonged depreciation lower; however, that is very difficult and even as a highly experienced investor I frequently take losses.
As always, do your own due diligence. The deck is heavily stacked against average retail traders and as with any industry that involves a significant amount of capital, caveat emptor.
Sincerely wish everyone good luck in their endeavors and my dms are always open to discussing opinions.
