@bslusarchukyes....but the $nsu and $cnl are marginable, haha. I am a buyer of these for (relatively speaking, to me) size. First recent buys on both going in tomorrow and I am going to look to own a position as to 50% (add to current long term position) and 50% for a trade.

@bslusarchuk$sau - i dont know the deal but it doesn't trade liquidly enough; a small dollar volume day like today (less than $1million traded) has a material impact on price. Not how i would trade this market - I would rather have liquidity in case I'm wrong on these trades. That said, i know nothing about it so maybe the best thing around........
@bslusarchuk@rocketRed I'm not sure of your track record picking bottoms and tops (I never try to do so) but likely better than mine. So, good luck as to $2.30 on CNL. Ill be a buyer tomorrow (higher than the entry you want, likely $2.75ish I see) and also a buyer tomorrow on $nsu. I'm comfortable owning both. As to $aty, I will be a buyer but its not extremely liquid so will continue to accumulate and maybe will miss a little bit versus what a want. Trading is a mugs game - but you have to be an asset buyer when you think things are over-done and a seller when froth exists. Tomorrow, I'm a buyer of $CNL and $NSU and a nibbler on $ATY
@bslusarchuk@TheGalvanizer is the $sbb good value here without a short term takeout thesis? i own a tiny bit cheaper and its fortuitous (for me) that you just jumped online as this was going to be the other buy (other than $NSU, $ CNL and $ATY) but i don't know enough to do so. i REALLY like how $SBB trading..........seems like something is coming. should it be bought?
@RocketRed@bslusarchuk CNL closed 2.71 41 cents from the year lows and there is no drill results pending yes they have an up coming program and with gold's direction today no point in being in a rush out there
@bslusarchukwhile i could be early,i'm comfortable buying $nsu, $cnl and $aty tomorrow. Adding to positions and will buy enough size on the first two to make 50% of the new position a short term 3-6 month trading positions. I'm not convinced tomorrow is the low in this gold market and think the next few months will be choppy at best so whatever you buy, you need to be comfortable owning beyond just a trade. And, I also make the recommendation that any new investors reading this DONT take on debt (i.e. margin). Only buy want you can own long term if things don't go well.
@bslusarchukHope all of you are having a nice Mother's Day. I'm heading to a brunch shortly (just back from London on a very good institutionally focused marketing trip for K92) and looking forward to a nice Sunday. A week ago,I noted $CNL,$NSU and $ATY as my top three near term buys from the bottom (outside of $KNT and $KEN of course). RocketRed, who seems to be the best stock picker around right now (his track record on the contest, I see, is superb) noted in a post "CNL closed 2.71 41 cents from the year lows and there is no drill results pending yes they have an up coming program and with gold's direction today no point in being in a rush out there".........................so with that (and with deference to his stock picking ability (I didn't enter the contest and would be WELL behind him as my trading portfolio could prove), I thought I should raise this as a good trio of picks again. In the meantime, please pay attention to $KEN and $KNT for all the reasons I've described here in past posts. Cheers, B
@bslusarchukThe technical team at K92 $KNT has delivered something quite exciting today, via the discovery hole (of the Kora extension) results. In the last 15 days, K92 has put out some very good news on production (production update, grade control results from Irumafimpa drilling, etc). And now, on the first hole completed in exploration drilling - a thick cut of high grade mineralization (5.4 metres of 14.1 g/t AuEq) that was drilled 500 metres along strike and 150 metres down dip of the known Kora Deposit. Look forward to keeping everybody posted as the drill program now intensifies and expands. http://business.financialpost.com/business-trends/k92-intercepts-high-grade-mineralization-in-exploration-step-out-hole
@bslusarchuk@rocketRed this 5.40m at 14.1 g/t AuEq was intersected 500m along strike and 150m down dip of the known Kora Deposit....well worth a look at the core photos and the long section. Drilling intensifying now and you can look forward to more news soon. Bryan
@bslusarchukWith $KEN news disseminated, it is anticipated that trading will resume tomorrow morning at the open. Alex and Doug and the rest of the technical team are obviously exceptionally enthused about these results. 40 metres at 6.17 g/t Au is a great start! This is right next door to Zijin's TBL Mine, in Kenadyr's South Zone. Kenadyr has 100% of a 164 sq km land package that encircles the TBL Mine. @marketwired/kenadyr-announces-partial-drill-results-from-drill
@TheGalvanizerHey @bslusarchuk nice hole just wondering if its as homogeneous as the reported intersect suggests and how closely it corresponds to the former drilling it targeted confirming the Russian data or due to better recoveries/assaying etc you expect to find your modern exploration practices improving former Soviet grades etc.?
@bslusarchuk@theGalvanizer the zone is indeed 40m thick and contiguous. Core recoveries have been excellent. As to the stock - there is indeed a share release (that we are in the midst of now) from the $0.35 round where we raised approx $10-11 million as a private company. Note there have not been any warrants issued with the financings (other than a small number of finder warrants) so if investors want exposure to the situation, they need to own the stock (can't ride the warrants). I believe a bit of the recent selling in the market attributed to this release. Providing a bit of liquidity, for sure, at this point for the buyers that want to enter. Stepping out for a bit here, but phone me or send me a note anytime tomorrow. Thanks, Bryan
@TheGalvanizerGreat @bslusarchuk thanks for the colour on both fronts. If schedule lightens up tomorrow I will call but given the release I may try you early next week as I'm sure you will be flooded. Appreciate the timely response.
@bslusarchukthe $10 million+ that the company raised at $0.35 (no warrant) privately has come free like I mentioned above - so, we likely saw some shorts against it last week and today (it is officially free today) others are selling from their long positions. This, combined with a US holiday today, looks to be creating some pressure. Nice to see it getting bought up here - looks like some people were waiting for this free trading date to start building positions. Post the excellent drill results (40m at 6.17 g/t Au) from last week, it seems like quite a compelling juncture for those that have been looking for an entry point to buy.
@Purchaser@bslusarchuk I wrote a small story about $KEN in Purchaser Newsletter last Friday and mentioned the 35c shares. Hopefully it helped. Is there a chance that we can see even higher grades in the future. I read your NI 43-101 but it was not easy to get a grip with those bad soviet methods. Here is a link http://www.purchaser.se/kenadyr-mining/
@bslusarchuk@purchaser thanks for the note. As to higher grades - a key for technical execution and validation of the investment thesis is to replicate the Soviet data as to grade. However, we do believe there is potential to see even higher grades than the Soviet programs achieved. The reason for this is; 1) core recoveries were very poor in the Soviet drilling, and preferentially so in (softer) zones associated with higher grades and therefore better core recoveries will potentially provide higher grades and 2) modern fire assay methodology. Look forward to keeping you posted..............I always think share releases are important to monitor as its part of understanding the overall picture (i.e. of course share releases can result in selling, but also represent potential liquidity junctures for buyers looking for entry points).
@bslusarchuk@JMC I am obviously the wrong guy to ask about the valuation here, because of bias inherent when being as involved as I am in the $ken. That said, I do think that it is important to point out that in addition to the large amount of past investment in the property (85,000 metres plus drilled by the Soviets) and the historical estimates that can assist in guiding work on the ground - that this 164 sq km land package does surround (completely encircles) Zijin's operating mine where they have just invested substantial capital. Also, note the geological thesis being tested is that the $ken south zone has connectivity to the deposit that Zijin is currently mining (TBL). This, in my opinion, adds some sort of value versus many other brownfield situations. Note that the $ken south zone historic estimate (Soviet estimate) of 900,000 ounces at 8.3 g/t Au (and open for expansion along strike and at depth) is historic (not 43-101 compliant) but it can assist in guiding exploration efforts. While the Zijin infrastructure is an interesting component to the situation, also note that this project is accessed by a paved highway, on the electrical power grid and has labour nearby.
@bslusarchukcongrats to $fcc CEO Trent Mell and the rest of his team on today's news release regarding First Cobalt ($fcc) and Cobalt One and a refinery with 40 acres of permitted property capable of processing silver-cobalt arsenide concentrates. I'm an Independent Director of First Cobalt, and was very pleased to see this unfold.
@BES@bslusarchuk The technical team at K92 $KNT has delivered something quite exciting today, via the discovery hole (of the Kora extension) results. In the last 15 days, K92 has put out some very good news on production (production update, grade control results from Irumafimpa drilling, etc).
Am I missing something regarding the very good news on production issued 27th of May by @bslusarchuk?
Is there any production at all? Do KNT produce gold or buy gold to honor their commitments?
@bslusarchuk@tinybullstocks I'm interested in your post above but don't quite understand it. All ATS depths are available to monitor and buying (and selling) is always possible at best pricing. I don't quite understand the frustration that people have with ATS as its not hard to see all platforms when deciding to buy or sell something and why does it matter where the execution takes place?
@tinybullstocks@bslusarchuk I could put a bid on the TSX venture today and be the first in line at my price. Then my bid sits there first in line for a couple of days. On Friday, another person can put a bid on the Chi-X exchange and have their bid fill before mine.
Larry Enticer@bslusarchuk@tinybullstocks the TriAct market is a completely dark marketplace, meaning no one can see the market depth for that market. How does a dark marketplace like TriAct benefit anyone but large institutional clients?
@RocketRed@bslusarchuk most people don't even see the ATS Algo's (Bankster Crooks) plus the Bankster Crooks buy then sell using a different house its a crooked system today in favor of the Bankster HFT crooks every stock moves up 1/2 penny to 1 cent these days cause the banksters have it controlled
@bslusarchuk@rocketRed@tinybullstocks@larryenticer .......thanks for thoughts re: ATS. Valid points. Other than rare ill-liquid situations, I always feel like execution on TSX V (buying and selling) is quite good, spreads are small, etc. But, I understand that the issues you raise are real. Thanks
@bslusarchukas to the comment about the IPO on $FWZ being over priced - I don't quite understand. The shares are up approximately 70% from the IPO price in a very short period of time (IPO was at $0.50), which is quite nice performance out of the gate. Strong price performance that runs contrary to the thesis that the IPO was over priced. Very low volume (so obviously not many sellers around) and a good underlying project with good management. If you put up capital on the IPO and in hindsight believe it was overpriced and want to exit - sell now with a 70% profit. If you believe the valuation is still inexpensive (easy to argue it is still very inexpensive in my opinion), you patiently purchase stock. It has traded very low volume since the IPO which indicates perhaps not a lot of sellers around but any sellers should be happy (as it has been a big win from IPO) while buyers should be happy (being able to buy shares in what looks like a very well placed IPO with few sellers).
@bslusarchukbtw, the former results in the South Zone might have been anticipated but this hole in the East Zone were completely new.....shocked a few people i am guessing.......and 9 page NR with full appendix showing great distribution of mineralization in a complete appendix, pictures, and close to true width....tough to slam these in any way......$ken
@bslusarchukon the $ken news release we put out -full appendix (at doug kirwins request) and pictures of core....it ended up being a 9 page news release which i know is a bit of overkill but the thought is this hole (given where it is) is SO important. Send me your thoughts on anything to do with how we presented this hole because (as I think you will agree) its a game changer
