(TSXV: ICO) (OTCQB: ICOTF) ("iCo" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at an annual and special meeting of the Company held on August 3, 2021, shareholders of the Company have approved, among other matters, iCo's proposed business combination (the "Transaction") with Satellos Bioscience Inc. ("Satellos").
The Company expects trading of the shares of the combined company to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as Satellos Bioscience Inc. under the symbol MSCL during the week of August 9, 2021.
