("GDI" or the "Company") (TSX: GDI) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of its Superior Solutions Ltd. ("Superior") janitorial products distribution business to Imperial Dade Canada ("Imperial Dade"). Superior's chemical manufacturing business was not included in the transaction. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place at the end of Q1 2024.
