@bullionaire@bluegold You really think those would be the ones. Need to know what the shareholder base looks like as well. $APH just finished up another financing at $4 CDN. Is it neccessary that a company take another over now, especially in these buoyant times?
@Goldrushseriously doubt that on $APH@bullionaire. very difficult to expand and cut your costs in half at the same time. Also, $APH were the ones stealing from the feds with their bogus vetrans website.....little chance that gets pushed under the rug with no repercussions ...and rightly so.
@RocketRed$CMM Canabo is also pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Aphria Inc. (TSX VENTURE: $APH)(OTCQB:APHQF) ("Aphria") for the private placement of 6,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $1.40 per Share, to raise gross proceeds of $8,400,000 (the "Offering"). After giving effect to the Offering, Aphria will own approximately 16.6% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (on an undiluted basis). The placement will be subject to an aggregate finders' fee equal to 5% of the gross proceeds payable to Haywood Securities Inc., PowerOne Capital Markets Limited and Clarus Securities Inc. In addition, Haywood Securities Inc. shall be granted an over-allotment option to sell additional common shares equal to 15% of the size of the offering. This option may be exercised at any time, in whole or in part, until 30 days following the closing date.
@bullionaire@racker The real bonanza comes when (not so much if now, at least in Canada) marijuana becomes available for recreational use. Im looking at real interest $CMM.. and the $APH investment. I know $APH has some other private company investments, but thinking on this one.
@bullionaireIm still long some $APH, no $CQC.. Did not buy any of the latest in the aftermarket.. Just seems like money is moving away for now... thats my opinion... Good time to be picky... and chip away on quality gold positions... I see potential disappointment moving forward in the global economy.
@J_autHey everyone, I'm new to the forum here. I wanted to ask what your opinions/views are about the upcoming Inuguration date and how that may impact the MJ stocks across the board? I have been doing a lot of research and still on the fence as to whether I should invest more cash into my existing companies now, or wait until after the Inauguration. I though that Canopy would have done well today considering the news, but instead all stocks are down across the board. Thanks for all the info, much appreciated. $CGC$EAT$ACB$APH$TNY
