@Fischlaender$NRG I have a grudge with the co. I had asked several times for some information or a phone call, especially reg the lousy website (off and under construction for more than a month), no replies whatsoever. Instead the share price gets driven down and then they announce a financing at 0.085 CAD even though it had noted average 0.15 CAD for almost six months. It clearly looks like some insiders wanted to stuff their pockets at lower levels prior to releasing material information.
@Fischlaender$NRG why the heck this stock is jumping like that when management just gave itself a nice financing at 0,085 CAD beats me, but I don't complain, use the liquidity and pocket a nice 450% gain on my sizeable ex-CMJ position.
@Fischlaender$NRG boah what a blunder in their newco presentation (page 3): They acquired Pamlico in 2016, not 2015... You might say who cares but small things like that are for me an indication how serious a company takes its job, I hate these mistakes for lack of accurate proof reading and checking.
@MitchDexI just realized where the Super Bowl is being played. Looks like I have 2 front row tickets in my portfolio $NRG$NGZ#NRGstadium I think the universe is sending a message here! 2 more @robby opportunities I think will do SUPER in the coming weeks #Bergdex#SuperBullish
@marketwiredNewrange Closes Private Placements for $873,650 @marketwired/newrange-closes-private-placements-for-873650$X6C$NRG 9,411,765 units at a price of $0.085 per unit and gross proceeds of $800,000 and the second placement of 566,538 units at $0.13 per unit for gross proceeds of $73,650. Proceeds to be used for underground and surface sampling at its Pamlico gold project in Nevada.
@Fischlaender$NRG I continue to be a bit appalled by the terms of that PP, including a full warrant ( @stateside , this is what I would call greedy!). And I would not be surprised if they drive the SP down below 0.20 CAD to prevent the acceleration of the cheap warrants.
@stateside@Fischlaender - $NRG had $133k in July so now they are out of cash - you can't negotiate a PP from strength when you are broke. $OSK has $90 million in cash - not quite the dire straights that $NRG is in.
