@JustJuster@alexbear They announced that the closing date should is no later than April 30th. But in my opinion It won't take that long. Just an agreed date by both parties. I'm thinking in the next 2 weeks
@JustJustergood find @courtninja, I know $RLV is focused in acquiring E-retail assets but not sure the progress on the wearables as of yet. I know that the PP will include the purchase of BGL and enough cash on hand for a second acquistion. It could be wearables but not sure yet
@singerMy main concern here is the revenue that is being acquired. I don't understand how 500,000k in e-commerce revenue justifies a big SP rise. I am not trying to bash, I am not long or short, just wondering about valuation.
@farmerjoe@singer they are acquiring $1.6M USD EBITDA through the purchase of assets from Bioganix..... not sure where your $500K came from. Albeit, they have their own net loss prior to the acquisition, with no sales growth they still run a profitable operation after completion.... with a 10 to 15 time multiple, this is a 15 to 25 cent stock...... They are getting more funds for additional acquisitions as well so more up side potential $RLV
@Mimibegalo3 days left to the PP to be closed and the acquisition to go through, We should see some action with $RLV, 4.67M$ market cap 35M shares (24.3M shares Floating) acquiring a $1.6M USD EBITDA by purchasing assets from Bioganix. #hotpick#earlywarning

@obill@Mimibegalo I suspect that they will extend again the closing of the acquisition

@Mimibegalo@obill Possible, I think we might see some volatility driven by both optimism and pessimism while approaching the closing date, specially with a low float.
