Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your CEO.CA account, you can do so by submitting a deletion request.

Important Information

  • Deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, messages, comments, and all other associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

  • Account deletion is final. If you change your mind later, you'll need to create a new account.

  • Data retention during deletion. It may take up to 90 days to fully delete your account and associated data from our systems. During this time, your information will no longer be accessible on CEO.CA, but it may remain in our backups for security and legal purposes.

How to permanently delete your account

  • Tap   (Menu) in the top left on a Mobile Device, or click anywhere on the left menu panel on Desktop.

  • Select Accounts Settings in the bottom of the menu.

  • Select 'Delete Account' from the Account settings popup.

  • Confirm your account deletion.
