@Allananonynmous, weren't you the same one complaining that we put out too much news awhile ago. When we have results ready, just like all our other news we get it out as quickly as possible. We have a special group of salars in a mining friendly jurisdiction with easy access, we are going to do everything right.
@AllanMan that anonymous Otto at IKN can be an asshole. He keeps calling $ION a scam and it is really starting to piss me off. Yeah Otto, we are scamming people with a group of salars you can see with Google Earth, that have returned high-grade lithium-potassium in a mining friendly jurisdiction with infrastructure all around them. If that is what you call a scam you are more out of your mind than I thought. Now go back to trolling for clicks to sell those Google ads.
@Goldfinger@Allan Still waiting on the lab for assays? This is not meant as a joke but more in terms of trying to learn myself because i've never run a mining company. Can a company pay more to get rush results from the lab? I've noticed some results come quite quickly and others can get dragged out for months. $ION
@Allanrocketman, it doesn't matter where you are in the world, you still gotta look yourself in the mirror. And they are the same all over the world. What anonymous Otto at IKN is doing by calling $ION a scam is wrong. In Peru or anywhere else.
@AllanGoldfinger, yes we are awaiting lab results which is why we haven't put out a news release. Yes you can pay more to get rush assays but we have tons of samples from the auger drilling at La Salada salar and it would add too much cost. $ION
@Allantommy, I bet your mom would like my company, we are going to help power the world with lithium in batteries and help farmers in Mexico with our potassium and other fertilizers chemicals. Most of the farmers are very small in Mexico and all the potassium they need is imported and they can't afford it, a domestic source in the middle of the country could help that issue. $ION
@AllanDulles, tons of good stuff happening at $ION, we have taken a bunch of samples in the lab and have more coming from our salars. Hoping to have something to report in the next couple weeks, that is about all I can say at the moment.
@AllanBobby, I don't really look at things as a competitor against us. We are following different paths and with the demand in the future from the battery manufacturers they are going to need many lithium companies to have success. I came down here to Zacatecas, Mexico to try to build some mines. $ION is a public company, so in reality we are for sale every day. I personally don't want us to get taken over until the team I've put together has a chance to do more work to advance the company.
@BobbyNAKselrodThanks @Allan, great answer. I will have a look. I don't usually touch market caps of that size but I am looking forward to see what $ION is cooking up and I will add it to my watchlist.
@AllanBobby, it is pretty straight forward what we are cooking. $ION has high-grade lithium-potassium salars that you can see from Google Earth. They are within 100km from the city of Zacatecas, Mexico which was built by the Spanish several hundred years ago for the rich silver mines. It is a friendly mining jurisdiction, and to add to the merits of our properties, the infrastructure with roads and power up to the salars is impressive. I think we are unique compared to our competitors and as we do more work we can demonstrate the value of these various attributes.
@Allananonymous, the challenge that I focus on a lot is being able to cover the costs for all the stuff we want to do at $ION while still keeping the shares outstanding as low as possible. We have done a lot so far on a small budget, and that has a lot to do with where we are and how cheap everything is when we can drive up to our properties.
@rustypantsoops, didnt mean to post as anon. thanks for the answer.

@AllanBobby, you've touched on one of the things that makes $ION projects unique. We are not a traditional salar that you see up in the Lithium Triangle. They are closed valley systems with volcanic rocks surrounding them and feeding the salars in the valley over millions of years. Ours is a different geological process, that we have evidence is a epithermal system with the many sinters that are all over the salars are the vents. On our corporate presentation you can find a good explanation on the differences between the systems. We have found a high-grade of lithium-potassium in the soil in our salars and have also run early leaching tests that with weak acid we can recover a high percentage of the lithium. In our recent drilling we have recovered brine and soil samples being analysed now, we sent in a lot of samples but I'm hopeful we will start putting the results out in the next couple weeks. We will have a lot of them to report. We publish all of our chemistry and leaching results on our webste. @wolfstockWhat is the normal average of time it takes to have assay result come out ? In the lithium sector

@Allancriticalinvestor, as far as mentioning IKN, I think it is pretty sad that his fans like you don't mention how out of line it is for anonymous Otto to call $ION a scam. If you and his other fans had some integrity and want to quote him you should also mention that is not right.
anonymous@Allan He probably means $ION won't amount to much as most mining companies are just lifestyle companies in that nothing really happens just a story....which will never end up becoming something of value.
@Allananonymous, lifestyle companies are pretty easy to spot, they aren't interested in drilling. I only took $ION over like 9 months ago and for around 3 of those months we've been putting holes in to take samples for lab work. That is not how lifestyle companies or scams work. They funnel the money to themselves and have little interest in drilling anything.
@Allancriticalinvestor, you call it lame, a better approach would be to say although anonymous Otto is out of line to call $ION a scam you are interested in the point he made. Otherwise you look like you condone that nonsense.
@AllanYes, when you reference a post by the guy calling me a scam. Or to me it says you condone that stuff. And in those cases by you seeming to ignore them makes me think you are okay with the way anonymous Otto has written about me personally and called $ION a scam.
anonymousThat's just direct interest that he paid with his own money. @Allan also has 850K options, so has a vested interest in it's success. But that does seem like a lot of options granted in less than nine months $ION
@Allananonymous, I answer them with the truth. I have put a certain amount of money in, I took over leadership of a sinking ship everyone running it was abandoning and have got the ship going in the right direction. I'm not a wealthy man, but I stepped up to the plate with the skills to run the deal when nobody else wanted it. When I came in I even told the board to pay me less than the previous CEO because I thought the company overpaid and I wanted to prove myself with a lower cost. I'm building up my position. Another important detail that some forget, I decided to move away from my home in Canada where all my family, friends and son live to move to Mexico to run the company because I thought I could do more for the company running it from Mexico than in Canada. My son means the world to me and being this far away from him is not easy, I have a pretty big stake in the game. $ION
@AllanI'm gonna have to try to put anonymous Otto on ignore and chalk him up to being nothing more than another online troll throwing the word scam around to try to get hits on his website. For those serious about $ION, we didn't use ALS, we are using SGS in Canada and we sent in a lot of material as we were busy with the drilling. Anonymous Otto likes to paint the company as a scam. We have several high-grade lithium-potassium salars that you can see from Google Earth in a mining-friendly jurisdiction with roads and power all around our salars with the added benefit of being inexpensive to do work to assess the merits of the salars. That doesn't sound like a scam to any sane investor there anonymous Otto, maybe you should look for a new word to describe Alset.
