@1969Enigma Not sure if this is a good old fashioned tree shake or shorters getting ready for annual financials and betting they won't be strong. The team bashing has started on SH. Part of the game that I don't like ...especially when it is a solid play.

@BumblebeeRR For those in $TNY for the longer term, here is an interesting snapshot from a Canopy investor presentation that shows you where the high margin products will be. Note the THC beverage in the middle (I circled it in blue). $TNY is selling high margin products in a massive market (Cali) with plans to expand into other states (e.g. Nevada, etc.) as well as Canada. No bearing on current share price movement or what may happen in the short term but points to the future. Also of note, for those who may have missed it ... Bruce Linton the CEO of Canopy was quoted by Sunny Freeman of the Financial Post last week as saying the future of rec will be more like drinks or something like that instead of joints. I will attach a snapshot. Interesting comments from the CEO of the largest LP / MJ company in Canada. http://cdn.ceo.ca/1cfsidh-CanopyMarginDiagram.PNG+ http://cdn.ceo.ca/1cfsie3-SunnyFreemanTweetCGC.PNG+

@1969Enigma Shorting bashing team active on SH. Leveraging off of what they anticipate to be poor financials about to be announced. Looks like they've gotten some traction with their efforts. I dislike this part of the game... this play should be moving in the other direction.

@Jelliott I guess I should be reading some on SH. But from everyone's sentiments about it here I am hesitant

@Hogger1974 Ya I'm sure we will see a dip from financials which is ridiculous. How would we expect real positive numbers at this stage of the game. Time will tell but bad timing right after 27 launch then the financials to bash on. Unless we just accounted for the financials already...

@BumblebeeRR @ScarboroughMJStocks Tinley 27 products have the alcohol removed from them, so they are not "marijuana infused alcohol". They taste like their alcoholic equivalents (that is the goal) but contain no alcohol (or only trace amounts that would not qualify the beverage as containing alcohol)

@Tengrand @BumblebeeRR yes but the problem is that a nightclub that serves alcohol may not qualify to serve both alcohol and marijuana products at the same time.

@ScarboroughMJStocks yeah that's what I was getting at, the club market will likely be limited - unless current legislation/legal sentiment changes

@BumblebeeRR @ScarboroughMJStocks and @Tengrand, in the context of what you are both saying, I don't disagree. My point was towards the article shared which discussed the mere ability to produce "marijuana infused alcohol". I just wanted to make sure no one reading the board thought there was a risk that Tinley 27 would be barred from production because it did not have an alcohol license component; it is important to make the distinction that Tinley 27 is, for all intents and purposes, alcohol free and designed only to mimic the taste of alcoholic beverages. Brewing a "marijuana infused wine" (where you infuse THC into a beverage containing alcohol) is completely different and will undoubtedly fall under a different regulatory regime. I also think both of you may have opted for a certain interpretation of what "club" means, assuming that they meant a typical club where alcohol is consumed. However, the intent of the post may have been geared towards a "cannabis consumption club", where the primary products offered are cannabis-related, and not alcohol related. I would not disagree that there would be a great deal of regulatory hurdles towards integration of both cannabis products and alcohol at a traditional club serving alcohol, but I suspect that businesses (some of which may label themselves as "clubs") catering specifically to serving people cannabis related products are likely to pop up in the future with the adaptation of legalized marijuana in California ... they may in fact exist already.

@ScarboroughMJStocks Agreed, wasn't trying to conflate alcohol/thc beverages. Just the dual nature of a license that will be required. Holding 25k of TNY and will be for the foreseeable future

@enviro111 [@engineer] if it matters here's mine. I never hold more than 10% in any one. $cgp, $TV, $TK, $BTR, $SWA, $TNY, $VTT, $TGZ, $MOZ, $SMF and $RZZ. Ive sold $GSV, $MARL, $COR, $GBTC and $eMC. I'll confess the stinkers are $SMF and $TGZ. Currently, I got lots of dry powder (1/2 of the portfolio is cash). Maybe should deploy some of it?

@greg I'm satisfied that in Q1 and early Q2 they are achieving their goals of setting up distribution networks for Hemplify, the Tinley Co-op, rolling out Tinley 27, and working out the kinks in the energy shot and creamer. I'm practicing patience as this unfolds into 2018, especially with California going full legal in 2018.

@ndaloisi Tough to say .. either way after a 140% rally this month $ISOL #hotpick needed a healthy pullback .. it's funny, people flock to $MYM that is going to build a facilty and produce revenues LATER, but $ISOL is producing cash NOW!!
