Primero Mining Corp. has announced the appointment of Damien Marantelli as Chief Operating Officer.
Horizon Minerals Corp. has appointed David A. Bending, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo. to its Board of Directors
Cameo Resources Corp. has appointed Lorne Warner to the Board of Directors.
Bayhorse Silver Inc. has announced that Anike Li, the Company's CFO, has resigned her position to focus on other opportunities. Rick Low, CA, B.Comm, has been appointed by the Directors as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Northern Superior Resources Inc. has appointed Jeannine Webb as its new Chief Financial Officer. This appointment follows the departure of Meri Verli who has chosen to move onto other opportunities.
Southern Arc Minerals Inc. announced that Rhylin Bailie will be leaving her position as Vice President, Communications & Investor Relations to join Luna Gold Corp. as Vice President, Investor Relations.
Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. has appointed David Laing to the Board of Directors. He replaces Thomas Kelly, who has resigned.
Northern Vertex Mining Corp. announced that Ken Berry has been re-appointed as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing incumbent President and CEO Dick Whittington, who has resigned from the Company.
Atico Mining Corporation announced that Thomas Kelly, Chief Operating Officer, has stepped down from the position.
Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. announced the appointment of Larry Yau as Chief Executive Officer. Larry was appointed the Company's interim CEO in June 2015 and has served as CFO since January 2010.
