The technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report: Mineral Resource Update, Reliquias Mine” dated March 8, 2024 and with an effective date of January 1, 2024 is available on SEDAR Plus (www.sedarplus.ca) under the Company’s issuer profile and will be posted on Silver Mountain’s website at www.agmr.ca.
