VANCOUVER, Sept. 14, 2018 /CNW/ - Boreal Metals Corporation ("Boreal" or the "Company") (TSXV:BMX) announces that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 4,925,000 incentive stock options have been granted to its directors, officers, and consultants.  The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of 10 years, subject to regulatory approval.  The Options shall vest one-third immediately upon the Date of Grant, one-third on the first anniversary of the Date of Grant, and the remaining one-third on second anniversary of the Date of Grant.
