  • Management has entered into discussions with several Asian and South American regional and national Governments regarding the deployment of our iGov platform.

  • On November 15, 2018, Imex announce it has signed a reseller agreement with NxGen United LLC, (NxGen") of Miami, Florida. NxGen United is a provider of proprietary wireless data networks to rural America, known as RURBAN, which enables Counties and Cities to deploy "Smart" Infrastructure and deliver Internet of Things (IoT) services. NxGen has entered into discussions with several United States municipalities regarding the deployment of their RURBAN network coupled with Imex's iGov and iPay solutions.
