In addition, the Company, is pleased to announce that Brendan Purdy was elected as a director of the Company at the AGM. Mr. Purdy is a practicing corporate lawyer in Toronto, Ontario.
Don Gordon and Chester Shynkaryk were not nominated for re-election to the board at the AGM. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Gordon and Mr. Shynkaryk for all of their efforts on behalf of the Company. Mr. Shynkaryk will retain his position as the CEO of the Company.
