(“Harrys” or the “Company”) (CSE:HARY) is pleased to announce that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary, have appointed Nick Brusatore as its new President & Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), and Chief Financial Officer, (“CFO”), subject to regulatory approval.
Mr. Brustore is an entrepreneur with a wealth of experience bringing businesses to market and contributing to their success. Nick’s creative style, combined with mechanical design and engineering background contribute to his strategic approach to problem-solving. Nick is the initial founder and funder of Affinor Growers (AFI.CN) where he currently holds the position of CEO, CFO and is on the Board of Directors. Nick’s extensive market knowledge will be an asset to stakeholder relations as Harrys strives toward our growth plans.
In order to facilitate Mr. Brusatore’s appointment, Ken Storey has resigned from his position as President and CEO of the Company but will continue to serve as Vice-President Sales and Marketing and remain on the Company’s board of directors.
